“The three suspects are currently in Police custody assisting investigations, while efforts are ongoing to arrest the remaining accomplices and establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident,” the statement added.“The victim subsequently identified all three arrested suspects from their photographs,” the Police stated.

According to the Police, the victim told investigators that “he had been taken to an undisclosed location and kept under guard by armed men but he later managed to escape and was assisted to safety by some farmers in Sambu.
