Viral Black Stars supporter ‘Powder Man’ granted GH¢400,000 bail in alleged visa fraud case

The Accra Circuit Court has granted viral Black Stars supporter Kailani Ibrahim Kpa, popularly known as “Powder Man,” GH¢400,000 bail in connection with an alleged visa fraud case.

Ibrahim is expected to return to court on September 28, 2026, as proceedings in the alleged visa fraud case continue.

Ibrahim appeared before the court on Wednesday, August 26, following allegations that he collected money from several individuals after promising to facilitate their travel to Canada, the United States and Nicaragua.
