Tamale: NEDCo says it has resolved more than 800 billing complaints in one week

The complaints were resolved and the meters installed as part of a series of customer clinics organised by NEDCo last week It was an exercise that saw NEDCo taking its complaints-handling services closer to customers and addressing their electricity-related concerns.
For his part, the Northern Area Manager of NEDCo, Elvis Amoako Demuyakor, said the customer clinics would be organised every quarter, with particular attention given to communities from which the company received frequent complaints.
