Public sector reform must prioritise staff welfare – Dr Aggrey-Darkoh 

Dr Aggrey-Darkoh made the call at the end of a cooking competition and health fair organised for staff of various Ministries as part of activities to mark Civil Service Week.

Dr Evans Aggrey-Darkoh – Head of the Civil Service Dr Evans Aggrey-Darkoh, Head of the Civil Service, has called for deliberate efforts to promote staff wellbeing, teamwork and discipline to strengthen public sector performance.

Dr Aggrey-Darkoh said the activities provided an opportunity for staff to relax, interact and work together, adding that such teamwork was essential to advancing the Service.
