Morocco achieves Africa's best fifa ranking since 1994: latest rankings
&w=3840&q=75)
Morocco have moved above Brazil into fifth place in the FIFA men’s world rankings, matching Nigeria’s record for the highest position ever reached by an African national team.
Morocco have therefore become only the second African nation to reach fifth in the FIFA men’s world ranking, equalling a milestone Nigeria set more than three decades ago.
The position puts Morocco level with a record held by Nigeria, who reached fifth in the FIFA world rankings in April 1994.
