Minority caucus meeting is routine strategy session, not crisis meeting– Jerry Ahmed Shaib

Member of Parliament for Weija-Gbawe and Deputy Minority Whip, Jerry Ahmed Shaib saysthe Minority caucus meeting was a routine strategy meeting convened to prepare members for the resumption of parliamentary business and was not triggered by any crisis within the caucus, has clarified.

According to him, the meeting is expected to focus on the agenda for Parliament’s resumption, the issues to be considered and how the caucus can strategically deal with them.

Jerry Ahmed Shaib further explained that the caucus meeting was intended to enable members to regroup, strategise and properly plan how to execute their agenda when Parliament resumes.
