Job advertisements increase 45 per cent year-on-year in June

A total of 3,629 job vacancies were advertised in June 2026, compared with 2,502 recorded during the same period in 2025.

The Central Bank uses data on job advertisements in selected media outlets as one of the indicators for assessing labour market conditions and economic activity.

The Bank of Ghana is expected to continue monitoring labour market trends as part of its assessment of economic performance and inflation dynamics.
