Gov’t stops Mankranso market project near school

The government has halted plans to site a 24-hour model market near a school in Mankranso in the Ahafo Ano South West District of the Ashanti Region.
The NPP Communications Officer for Ahafo Ano South West had alleged in a video that the Assembly was about demolishing a classroom block built in 2022 to construct the 24-hour economy market.“I have been in touch with my brother, the regional minister Frank Amoakohene, who, as always, is on top of the situation and has long since stopped the process of building the market near the school,” Dogbe wrote.
