Ghana Water Ltd to resume spillage at Weija Dam as water levels approach critical threshold
Ghana Water Ltd (GWL) has announced it will resume controlled spillage from the Weija Dam starting Wednesday, 9 September 2026, after heavy rains pushed water levels to 45.
