Court sentences barber for dumping refuse in public drain

Keriba, that the convict on Monday July 27, at about 2000 hours was caught dumping rubbish into the public drain around the Konuvie Plaza area.

Mr Eklo said the convict added that he collected the rubbish in and around a drinking bar where he had been staying belonging to one Madam Cecilia Attamah and Vincentia Attamah around the Konuvie area and dumped the same in the public drain around the area.
