Court orders return of No. 1 Oxford Street Hotel to Keningston Residential Partners

Justice John-Mark Nuku Alifo, who presided over the case, ruled on Friday, August 21, 2026, that the July 23 takeover of the hotel by Nii Amanor Dodoo and Cola Holdings Limited was unlawful and contravened the rules of the Court of Appeal.1 Oxford Street Hotel to Keningston Residential Partners 1 Limited, effectively reversing the takeover of the property associated with businessman Nana Kwame Bediako, popularly known as Cheddar.

The court ordered the respondents to hand back possession of the property to Keningston Residential Partners 1 Limited without delay.
