Akosua Serwaa sues Abusuapanin Tupac, Sir Alex over GH¢3m marriage certificate claims

The case, filed at the Kumasi High Court, centres on claims about the authenticity of Akosua Serwaa’s German marriage certificate and whether she was legally married to Daddy Lumba.

For Victor Kofi Owusu, she is seeking an order requiring the apology and retraction to be published on UTV and other television, online and social-media platforms where the allegations were allegedly circulated, subject to the court’s directions.

She is also seeking a permanent injunction preventing the defendants, their representatives or anyone acting on their behalf from publishing or repeating claims that her German marriage certificate is fake, forged or fabricated.
