About 15km of inner roads completed ahead of Suame Interchange construction – Urban Roads DG

The Director-General of the Department of Urban Roads, James Oduro Amoo-Gottfied, says about 15 kilometres of inner roads within Suame and its surrounding areas have been completed to facilitate traffic diversion ahead of the construction of the Suame Interchange.

According to him, although some of the inner roads are yet to be fully completed, those already completed will help ease traffic congestion and provide alternative routes as construction of the interchange progresses.

He urged traders and other persons occupying areas within the road’s right-of-way to voluntarily vacate the affected areas to allow the project to proceed without delays.
