46 aspirants cleared for NDC internal election in Atebubu/Amantin Constituency
30, GNA-The Vetting Committee of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Atebubu/Amantin Constituency in the Bono East Region has vetted and cleared 46 to contest for the various constituency executive positions.
Mr Abdul Rashid Alimiyao, the Atebubu/Amantin Constituency Elections Director of the NDC told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in an interview at Atebubu that 1,692 delegates of the party were expected to participate in the constituency executive elections.
Mr Alimiyao said the aspirants were contesting for 17 elected executive positions and urged the aspirants and their following to remain decorous in their political campaigns.
